What are the expectations for becoming a Supporters Group member?

We are the club’s most passionate fans. We chant, wave flags, beat drums, and cheer loudly for our players. We are inclusive, enthusiastic, and engaged with our community on and off the field.

For the 2024 NWSL season, we will offer *free* membership to anyone who wants to join our supporters group. You might be asking, what are the benefits of signing up to be an official supporter of the team, instead of a casual fan? Here are some things we can currently offer:

• Chant access: an interactive app for the supporters group community to predict starting line-ups and game results, answer polls, check in to events, win giveaways, and more.
• Discord access: a members-only group chat app to discuss all things Bay FC, NWSL, and more! Get early information on perks, events, and news, and connect easily with other members.
• Exclusive events and promotions: as the first official supporters group for Bay FC, we are working closely with the club to offer members-only perks. More to come!
• Discount on 2025 paid membership: When we are ready to launch a paid membership option for the team’s second season, inaugural Bridge Brigade members will be alerted first and receive a discount.
• Be a founding member for a new club: help us build from the ground up and make PayPal Park the best atmosphere in the league! Assist with painting TIFO banners, organizing meetups, creating songs for the players, and whatever else you can lend your talents for!

If our mission, vision, and values align with yours, we would like to review some of our policies before collecting basic member information. 

Policies:

😃 1. Be cool, kind, and respectful to one another. 

📇 2. Keep your Discord and Chant profile appropriate. 

✉️ 3. Do not spam. 

📣 4. No self-promotion or advertisements. 

🛡️ 5. No personal information. 

🤬 6. No hate speech or harmful language. 

🏛️ 7. No political or religious topics. 

🚨 8. No piracy, sexual, NSFW, or otherwise suspicious content. 

🛰️ 9. No sharing of discord and chant invites with non-members. What happens in the discord stays in the discord.

😎 10. Respect the privacy of players and Bay FC staff outside the stadium as they lead a normal life like everyone else. 

🤔 11. Rules are subject to common sense.

If at any time your actions and behavior do not align with our Mission, Vision, and Values, whether in-person at home or away games, or online via the Chant app, Discord app, and other social media channels, we reserve the right to revoke your access to Bridge Brigade membership perks.
